WHERE DO ALL THE MOST FASCINATING STORIES BEGIN? THE ANSWERI S OBVIOUS: WITH INSPIRATION!
The creation of the Ukrainian brand HINKELMAN was inspired by the captivating beauty of Colombian women and their mesmerizing silhouettes. "The figures of some Juliáns …..and Moniques …..passing by literally made me turn around, just to steal another glance at those curves," recalls Margaryta Hinkelman.
That's how the idea was born!
"In a world where everyone is unique, I wanted to offer a way for women to express their individuality through bold shapes and extraordinary style.
That's how the concept of waist accessories emerged — a statement piece designed to reveal one's essence," Margaryta explains.
Our basque belt is symbolic of a Queen's crown - an iconic feminine symbol that makes it's wearer stand a little taller and feel her power and beauty.

THE VISION WAS SET. BUT WHAT CAME NEXT?

A time of immense change and endless reflection. It was the era of live streams with celebrities on Instagram...
"One of those live streams, featuring a famous designer, inspired me to create a brand of women's waist accessories. Her story about her own journey made me recall my school years, and I saw myself reflected in her story. It was incredible! From sketching clothing designs to having them tailored by a seamstress because, back then, size XS simply didn't exist — and dressing stylishly was a deep desire.
After all, who wants to shop in the kids' section at 16?" Margaryta reminisces.

THE JOURNEY BEGINS!
As soon as flights reopened, Margaryta flew from Colombia to Ukraine, determined to turn her vision into reality
People often ask me why I decided to create a brand of waist accessories.
Living in Colombia, surrounded by striking women with hourglass figures, I compared myself to women my age . Their impressive waist-to-hip ratios. To me,my body looked more like teenager, straight and lacking curves, which left me feeling insecure and triggered an inferiority complex.
This realization became one of the driving forces behind creating HINKELMAN — to help women of all shapes and sizes, from XS to L, effortlessly enhance their proportions while feeling attractive and sensual. To highlight their natural beauty, refine their silhouette, and inspire enhanced confidence. Achieving the coveted hourglass silhouette is now effortless.
Her second pregnancy marked a turning point — a moment where Margaryta fully realized the power of fashion. And so, HINKELMAN was born, where inspiration, passion (empowerment) and authenticity merge to create luxurious waist accessories designed to transform any look.
